Mountlands is a family-run English language school based in Exmouth, offering students throughout Europe a chance to visit the UK and improve their English.

Braden English is also a family- run company specialising in language learning through educational programmes in the U.K., Ireland, Spain and France.
Mountlands and Braden English joined forces to create the Slice of Britain business in 2012.
Slice of Britain is an exciting project offering young, primary aged students in Spain a chance to learn English in their own schools, with fun and educational summer camps. We fly native English teachers over to help improve their English language skills and introduce British primary school traditions.
Our mission is to encourage enthusiasm for learning new languages and fully immerse the pupils in an English programme. We will provide the first building blocks for a bright future through teaching them English and enabling them to progress with their language skills.
The students get to learn what it is like to be a child in a British primary school and get to experience all the fun and games too!
2013 was a huge success! All the teachers, schools and children involved loved the experience - even the newspapers and news on TV praised the scheme.
